Summary Finance I – VU

Finance plays an important role in our economy. This course introduces you to the field of finance and financial models. Subsequent courses (in the 2nd and 3rd year) are based on the knowledge gained in this course. To do this, you’ll learn basic financial principles such as Rate of Return and NPV, concepts of market efficiency, modern portfolio theory, and the well-known capital asset pricing models. All important information and ways to practice with real exam exercises are to be found in this summary.
